Kolimbri
This is a project that Marcos and Niki have been working on for some time now, and their mission is: to enable people to connect more deeply to their inner wisdom with animals as guides and teachers. For these cards to ignite and connect peoples’ wisdom with animals as equal co-sentient beings whom everyone shares this planet with, so that we come to live in greater harmony with ourselves and all life. Niki began drawing and painting animals in the early part of 2020, just before the pandemic and the first lockdown started; she carried on painting different animals as they started coming to her dreams. Marco joined the co-creation over the last year, and since then they’ve been making these animal cards together, layering the artwork into the cards. After many hundreds of hours in the making, in July 2021 they held the first print edition of the cards in their hands! They held a focus group for feedback, which was very positive. Throughout the process, they’ve endeavored to make all of the cards with love and care, capturing the energy of the animal being drawn.

Vision for the future:
For Curiously Connected Cards to support individuals and groups to be more conscious in the world – a living system of inter-connection. Through journeying with the cards in, for example coaching, education and personal use, we integrate aspects of ourselves that seek expression, enabling greater awareness of our relationships with all life and who we are.
